POSITION SUMMARY:
The role of Senior Analyst Order Management will report to the Business Optimization Manager and will support the team as a strategic business partner. The role provides supply chain insights and fact-based decision-making support for business planning and reporting cycles.
This role offers a great opportunity to provide accurate and timely supply chain information and analyses, making and implementing recommendations to enhance supply chain efficiency and optimize processes. You will support the Business Optimization Manager in streamlining processes and implementing best practices. Key areas of responsibility include data analysis, supply chain optimization, business reviews, and special projects.
You have the ability to think strategically while dealing with complexity, be comfortable with ambiguity, prioritize workload efficiently in an environment of competing objectives, and effectively interact, collaborate, and communicate across multiple functions to promote alignment and influence business results.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Create reports for meetings that highlight issues and insights derived from both internal and external customer interaction data
- Operates as a key resource for the BSC in collaborating with Physical Logistics and FLOW teams to ensure we maximize On Time and In Full performance to customers
- Oversee period end activities within the BSC to maximize performance to the business plan
- Daily Order Tracking Report (OTR) and resolution cockpit monitoring to ensure SLA’s are met and team activities are up to date
- Proactively identify and capitalize on opportunities to enhance supply chain efficiency by systematically researching and leveraging insights on high-value topics that are often overlooked by business partners. Utilize influence to implement these opportunities, driving impactful improvements across the supply chain
- Provides decision support to senior management. Supports business with accurate data analysis of the key performance indicators
- Assist with ad hoc requests and projects that may include but are not limited to streamlining or automating processes, reducing business or process complexities or waste, implementing new processes, evaluating new product platform/channel/customer strategies, and performing advanced Excel modeling
EXPERIENCE/REQUIREMENTS:
- High School Diploma
- Bachelor’s Degree Required or in lieu of degree 3 years of experience relevant experience
- 3+ years’ experience in Supply Chain (e.g. Order Management, Distribution, Inventory Management, Transportation, Demand and Supply Planning, etc.) or related Order to Cash (O2C) area preferred

- Communicate effectively and professionally in written and verbal form, including presentation skills

- Partner with customers/cross-functional teams to drive business results and meet deliverables; ability to influence business decisions with concrete data support

- Apply good judgment and professional integrity in decision-making
- Proficiency in use of Microsoft applications (Excel- Advanced, Word, PowerPoint, PowerBI) and working knowledge of SAP and B/W
