Position Summary

As a Sr Analyst, Supply Chain Analytics, you will work across all of the Supply Chain functions, leveraging data analytics to help determine and execute the best possible end-to-end business decisions.  You will be responsible for researching, developing, and implementing advanced solutions and cutting-edge reporting tools. To do so, you will participate in identifying opportunities, collecting information, developing business requirements, performing data analysis, and generating and implementing innovative and sustainable solutions to address business needs and priorities.
Primary Responsibilities 

•    Translating business needs into technical specifications through intake, design, and alignment with key stakeholders
•    Conduct proper stakeholder management to ensure all parties are aligned and updated throughout project life cycle 
•    Gather, clean, and analyze large amounts of data across hundreds of dataset tables 
•    Transform raw data into meaningful and useful information
•    Developing reporting and analytics solutions from use case concept to industrialization to end users
•    Generate analytics solutions to support business decision-making and business performance monitoring
•    Maintaining data analytics solutions and platforms
•    Generating and delivering quality reports to customers and performing quality assurance checks on reports
•    Evaluating and improving existing BI systems
•    Conducting troubleshooting on BI models
•    Present solutions and recommendations to all levels of leadership

Requirements and Minimum Education Level:

•    Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations Research, Statistics, Economics or a related field is required; Master’s degree is a plus
Experience
•    3+ years in analytical capacity building automated solutions
•    1+ years of hands-on experience with physical and relational data modeling.
•    Experience working in a Supply Chain domain is highly preferred
•    Experience with Databricks, AAS, and Synapse within a Microsoft Azure environment

Analytics Skills:
•    Knowledge of mathematical foundations and statistical analysis.
•    Proficient with SQL
•    Advanced Power BI skills
•    Intermediate skills with the rest of the Microsoft Power Stack: PowerAutomate, Power Apps, etc. 
•    Familiarity with advanced programming languages, such as R, Python, C / C++, Java, etc is a benefit

Interpersonal Skills
•    Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
•    Strong attention to detail.
•    Ability to work in a team.
•    Good communication skills
