Position Summary
The Customer Account Senior Specialist, eCommerce drives sales performance, market share, and brand representation/discoverability for e-commerce channels. This role is accountable for knowing ecommerce strategy, operations, and customers to create and execute effective strategies and campaigns. This role owns the relationship with merchants across last mile delivery to include DoorDash, Instacart, UberEats and GoPuff and is responsible for the creation and execution of an annual joint business plan, KPI-tracking, sharing and translating category insights into actionable plans, and addressing all platform and NUSA e-commerce team specific requests/requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Own, manage and execute paid search, display and promotional opportunities in collaboration with agency partners, and digital strategist.
- Developing strategies and tactics to drive sales, market share growth, e-penetration while maintaining / improving ROI
- Create and execute both upper funnel and lower funnel campaigns meeting organizational KPIs
- Support educating relevant cross-functional members of Nestle USA (NUSA) organization on key aspects of ecommerce strategy, business and needs
- Understand ecommerce strategies/roadmaps, organization, operations, shoppers, capabilities and best practices
- Identify relevant KPIs, secure necessary data to measure, track and report out to key stake holders accordingly
- Create and execute annual joint business plans that achieve annual sales and spend targets
- Identify and execute relevant tests and learn plans to improve business performance, internal learnings and capabilities
- Translate category roadmaps and CAPs into actionable plans for assigned retailers
- Monitor and improve brand distribution, representation and discoverability for assigned brands.
- Allocate and manage assigned trade and retail media budget to include maintenance in internal reporting tool and reconciling financial records to ensure accuracy
- Provide accurate and timely eCommerce sales forecasts and conduct regular business reviews
- Lead and support digital growth initiatives for long range planning and innovation meetings for assigned brands and customers.
Qualifications / Certifications
- University Degree (BA/BS) or equivalent experience
Key Requirements
- 1-3+ years experience in eCommerce Account Management at a retailer or manufacturer and/or retail media agency experience, bachelor’s degree
- Retail media agency management experience preferred
- Ability to manage media budget with accuracy and precision while driving positive ROI
- Strong relationship building capabilities to create and execute joint business plans with retailers
- Proven experience building annual plans, forecasts, analyzing retail programs and managing budgets
- Able to adapt to rapidly changing environment and initiate new processes/ideas to address opportunities
- Able to handle tough negotiations with retailers while building strong connections and partnership with them
- Able to speak to all levels of organization, craft cohesive and compelling stories/business cases to engage and win over stakeholders
- Ability to identify and consistently track key metrics, identify key opportunities and issues and develop/execute plans to address
Salary: $81,828.00 to $130,477.00 per year
Bonus Eligibility: Yes
The pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to knowledge, skills and abilities as well as geographic location. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at top of range.
