We are currently seeking a Senior Financial Co-Pilot to support the Financial Planning & Analysis team for Nestlé Professional. This role will drive the FP&A process across Food and Beverage divisions within Nestlé Professional. The individual is responsible for proactively delivering relevant, actionable analyses and recommendations to internal customers. The individual must be able to effectively influence and collaborate across multiple functions throughout the organization to promote alignment and drive results to meet or exceed business objectives. 

As the Senior FP&A Analyst you will lead the financial consolidation process and play a key role by providing analyses and insight on key performance indicators to support Nestlé Professional objectives. You will provide accurate and timely financial information, make sound recommendations to grow business profitability and support the development of 3-year strategic plan. You will operate as a key lead resource, supporting the FP&A Finance Manager in streamlining processes and implementing best practices across the businesses.

Responsibilities include:

• Preparation of monthly financial forecasts, annual budget and 3-year strategic plan
• Preparation of executive analyses and review presentations
• Facilitate the discussion with brand and functional finance teams, understanding key drivers and impacts on financial forecasts
• Streamline planning and reporting processes and implement best practices
• Lead brand product optimization with cross functional team

Requirements: 

• BA/BS in Finance or Accounting required. MBA, CPA or equivalent experience preferred
• A minimum of 3+ years finance experience required. FP&A experience is preferred.
• MS Office, including advanced knowledge of MS Excel required.
• Division co-piloting preferred
• Ability to Influence business decisions with concrete financial support Resolve conflicts / discrepancies positively and professionally
• Work independently in solving business issues and taking initiative
• Partner with the customer / other functional teams to drive business results and meet deliverables Identify risks and opportunities
• Manage projects
• Leverage best practices 
• Communicate effectively and professionally in written and verbal form, including presentation skills
