The Role:

As a Senior Analyst on the Warehouse Finance (FDE) team you will play a key part in providing financial leadership to our Supply Chain organization. Your responsibilities will include partnering with cross-functional teams to drive efficiency, optimize service, and reduce costs.

 

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Act as a Finance Co-Pilot for Supply Chain Functions:
    • Collaborate with Warehousing, Procurement, and cross-fucntional Finance to develop profitable ideas, set cost targets, and ensure alignment with strategic objectives.
    • Present key financial results and cost drivers to Supply Chain Directors, providing recommendations for improvement.
    • Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) in collaboration with business partners.
    • Lead financial calls with operational teams to identify risks, opportunities, and propose actions for improvement.
    • Support distribution network by performing savings validations and identifying cost-saving opportunities.
  • Support and Advise Decision Support Finance Team by understanding Supply Chain cost drivers:
    • Analyze monthly variances vs forecast and communicate the financial story to financial teams and Supply Chain stakeholders.
    • Translate operational performance into financial results using key operational metrics.
    • Conduct periodic forecasting reviews, articulating cost driver changes and their financial impact.
    • Implement standards to ensure consistent, reliable, and efficient finance support.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Proven track record of working in cross-functional teams.
  • 4+ years of financial analysis experience.
  • Experience in analysis, forecasting, and budgeting.
  • Strong project management skills preferred.
  • Comfortable presenting to groups and senior stakeholders.
  • Ability to effectively communicate complex financial terms to non-finance professionals.
  • Excellent prioritization and multitasking abilities.
  • Experience with SAP or other ERP systems is a plus.
  • Supply Chain knowledge is a plus.
