Are you passionate about playing a pivotal role in consulting and supporting a Sales team to achieve collective success? Look no further! The Senior Analyst of Sales Operations is a vital member of the Nestlé Out-Of-Home Sales Enablement team, dedicated to empowering our Sales team to win, grow, and retain business. This role will focus on Sales Communications and will serve as a key consultant to Sales. In this role, you will provide the necessary support and communication needed to support our ways of working and enhance a positive culture.

This role will be based in our Solon, Ohio or Arlington, Virginia office and will report to the Senior Manager of Sales Training and Operations.  

 

Key Responsibilities  

Communication 

  • Create impactful communications using all formats; verbal, written, formal presentations, virtual meetings and social media, etc. 

  • Develop communication for multiple levels of the organization.  

  • Share product and brand updates with Sales on a timely basis. 

  • Develop messaging that align with our ways of working, business goals and inspire and motivate team members.  

  • Develop communication plans to support change management. 

 

Planning and Execution  

  • Develop and execute communication, change management and culture programs to drive employee satisfaction and retention.  

  • Ongoing assessment of communication tools and platforms. Provide recommendations ensuring we stay current to efficiently deliver communications with impact. 

  • Create and execute project plans, action items and KPIs. 

  • Create and execute communication calendars. 

  • Maintains Sales enablement intranet sites. 

  • Develops, executes, and continuously improves communication programs for cross-functional teams interacting with Sales organization. 

 

Leadership  

  • Effectively communicates strategic plans and tactical initiatives to stakeholders at all levels of the Identifies opportunities to enhance a positive culture and support change management.  

  • Maintains a strong focus on the needs of the sales organization, leadership and team members.     

  • Regularly reports on communication impact and outcomes.  

  • Collaborates cross-functionally to achieve stakeholder objectives.  

  • Lead steering committees to gather feedback, maintaining confidentiality 

 

Experience  

  • 3+ years' experience in Sales, Marketing, Communications and/or related function.  

  • Execution of communication strategy and/or sales plans.  

  • Highly proficient verbal and written communication skills as well as excellent listening skills. 

  • Competent level of Microsoft PowerPoint, Outlook, SharePoint and Teams as well as Workplace for Facebook.  

  • Experience and understanding of Foodservice channels, preferred. 

  • Demonstrates self-awareness, self-starting attitude, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision. 

 

Basic Qualifications  

  • Minimum bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required.  

  • Possesses business and financial acumen. 

  • Demonstrates end-to-end thinking and high level of agility.  

  • Ability to travel up to 20%.
