The Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for attracting, assessing, and hiring talent to support Nestlé USA's business objectives. This role partners with hiring managers, candidates, and HR teams to deliver an efficient, high-quality recruiting experience while building talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
This hybrid role is located in Solon, OH and requires regular in-office presence on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays.
Responsibilities:
- Partner with hiring managers and HR partners to support recruiting plans and sourcing activities that meet hiring needs across assigned business functions.
- Lead full life cycle recruiting process from requisition posting through sourcing and offer acceptance.
- Provide hiring managers with relevant talent market information, candidate availability insights, and competitive hiring feedback to support recruitment decisions.
- Lead recruitment intake discussions with hiring managers to understand role requirements, candidate qualifications, and recruitment expectations.
- Develop and execute sourcing plans utilizing applicant tracking systems, talent databases, employee referrals, networking, social media platforms, and external sourcing channels.
- Assess candidate qualifications against established technical and behavioral requirements and recommend qualified candidates for further consideration.
- Partner with Recruitment Marketing team to incorporate employer branding and social media tactics into talent sourcing plans, and coordinate targeted outreach events.
- Provide an excellent candidate experience and promote the Nestlé employment brand throughout the recruitment process.
- Provide regular recruiting updates, candidate feedback, and pipeline status to hiring managers throughout the hiring process.
- Support hiring managers through the candidate selection and offer process while partnering with HR and compensation teams on offer administration.
- Deliver recruiting process excellence by following internal policies and procedures, accurately tracking candidate and requisition activity in the applicant tracking system and adhering to all significant compliance and legal requirements.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or in a related field.
- 2+ years of work experience within recruiting.
- Ability to challenge processes when needed, while also effectively handling expectations of business partners and candidates alike.
- Ability to build and maintain candidate pipelines utilizing multiple sourcing channels and recruiting technologies.
- Working knowledge of full lifecycle recruiting including sourcing, screening, interviewing, applicant tracking, offer administration, and candidate relationship management.
- Proven ability to conduct competency-based recruitment.
- Experience using technologies to support Talent Selection including, but not limited to, applicant tracking systems, sourcing channels, social and digital media.
- Ability to understand business hiring needs and apply recruiting solutions to support talent acquisition objectives.
- Excellent project management, writing, and verbal communication skills are required.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately.
- Must be willing to travel up to 15%.

Salary: $70,000.00 to $95,000.00 per year

The pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to knowledge, skills and abilities as well as geographic location. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at top of range.
