Position Summary

eCommerce is booming - more consumers are going online to fulfill their weekly grocery shopping or to learn more about products. Our team is on a mission to up-level our digital shelf presence on eCommerce.

 

The eCommerce Specialist partners with Brands, Omnichannel, Design and agencies to deliver best practices at the digital shelf, putting our products at the top of retailers’ recommendations and in consumers’ carts. This role works across Nestlé USA’s iconic food and beverage brands like Hot Pockets, Stouffer’s, Coffee-mate and DiGiorno to develop best in class online presence, appetizing images and copy that showcases our products.

 

As an eCommerce Specialist you will lead product content production – working with brands to plan for online presence across innovation and renovation products. Responsibilities include developing online creative and copy with agencies, driving on-time asset approvals stakeholders, and assuring delivery to our retailers’ digital shelves.

 

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Lead content production for the Digital Shelf.
  • Educate stakeholders on best practices and executional excellence.
  • Learn and build arsenal of best practices at Digital Shelf, applying learnings to future campaigns to continually improve shelf-position and investment performance.
  • Structure testing pilots and share conclusions with key stakeholders.
  • Report on quarterly digital shelf learnings to categories and brands.
  • Work cross-collaboratively with Omnichannel and Brands to propose, approve and implement actions and next steps in a timely manner.
  • Track all new product introductions and packaging/content changes and ensure relevant/updated content is available and syndicated to e-retailers in a timely manner.
  • Act as main point of contact to agencies to deploy best practices by brand, category and retailer for new and existing items.
  • Ensure process for asset handoff to syndication team.
  • Responsible for budget management and purchase order generation.
  • Other duties as assigned.

 

REQUIREMENTS AND MINIMUM EDUCATION LEVEL:

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience partnering with agencies or retail partners.
  • Experience in managing projects/timelines/creative assets and driving teams to action to meet deadlines.
  • Experience with project management.
  • Demonstrated success working in a highly matrixed organization.
  • Experience in end-to-end execution of digital programs (includes planning, objectives setting, budget allocation, program design/tactics, creative development and asset sourcing, tracking and monitoring, managing implementation timelines).
