JOB SUMMARY:

 

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our QA Department, providing temporary administrative support. This role will primarily focus on providing administrative assistance to ensure smooth operations within the department. The successful candidate will be responsible for various tasks related to document control, document management, trial packet management, and data management.

 

 

PRIMARY RESPONSIBLITIES:

 

  1. Document Control:
  • Update Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), Sanitation Standard Operating Procedures (SSOP), Risk Assessments (RA), Mode 4, and Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) documents as required.
  • Maintain and update training logs to ensure compliance with training requirements.
  • Monitor and track actions in the Microsoft Teams system, ensuring timely completion and follow-up.
  1. Document Management:
  • Identify and maintain a comprehensive list of document storage locations, including consolidating documents across multiple applications.
  • Establish and maintain a centralized location for key documents using software such as Cority or similar systems.
  1. Trial Packet Management:
  • File trial packets accurately and efficiently, ensuring proper organization and easy retrieval.
  • Track the progress and status of trial packets, providing regular updates to relevant stakeholders.
  1. Data Management:
  • Utilize the project -tracking system (CATS) system to record technicians chargeback time to trials
  • Maintain and update trial spreadsheets, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Execute trials in the NesTMS system, following established protocols and guidelines.
  • Generate Power BI reports.

 

 

JOB QUALIFICATIONS (Education, Experience, and Knowledge):

 

  • High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
  • Proven experience in administrative support roles, preferably within a quality assurance or similar department.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Familiarity with document management systems and software (e.g., Cority) is a plus.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.

This is a temporary position with an estimated duration of 3-6 months The successful candidate will have the opportunity to contribute to our Pilot Plant’s success by providing essential administrative support.
