Position Summary
You’ll provide advanced administrative and organizational support to the assigned Global Research and Development management team. No two days look the same – you’ll coordinate projects, lead distribution of information, schedule and coordinate workshops, meetings and travel arrangements all in a given week. You’ll also find yourself supporting special projects, creating presentation materials, preparation of reports/spreadsheets, and coordinate with other administrative assistants to ensure effective workload balancing.
- Support leadership and associates with routine administrative duties to include creating, editing documents and presentations
- Support associate purchasing needs
- Schedule and coordinate travel plans as needed by leadership
- Schedule MS Teams meetings to include invitations, reserving rooms and coordinating meeting logistics (food, snacks, audio/visual support, etc.)
- Order office supplies as appropriate/ requested
- Distribute R&D reports from Documentum to appropriate recipients
- Lead the PTC annual “Clean-up Day” which includes leading, communicating and coordinating all clean-up day activity
- Coordinate with other PTC administrative assistants to ensure effective balancing/sharing of admin workload
- Practice safety in the work area
- Additional duties as assigned

- Strong communication skills, organizational skills and time management
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities with tight deadlines
- High attention to detail
- High level verbal and written communication skills
Requirements
- High School Diploma/GED equivalent (Associates degree or higher preferred)
- 3+ years of administrative experience (Corporate environment preferred)
- 1+ years’ experience with a high degree of proficiency in Microsoft Office software specifically PowerPoint, Excel, and MS Teams (Visio experience is a plus)
- Prior experience in an administrative and/or supporting senior leadership preferred
- Prior experience with working in a global environment preferred
