Position Summary

 

Our service professionals possess exceptional foresight and together, make up our reliable Site Services team. This team proactively identifies opportunities and solutions, often before we even realize what we need. As an Associate, Procurement for our Site Services department, you’ll be responsible for various essential functions, including financial support, purchase order management, and maintaining accounts payable (AP) purchasing data. Your attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and dedication to excellence will contribute to the overall success of our operations.

 

  • Create and maintain purchase orders, service contracts, and vendor bid deviations, ensuring all information is accurate and up-to-date
  • Manage and uphold certificates of insurance for vendors operating on campus
  • Collaborate with our safety team to facilitate International Safety Network (ISN) approval and pre-qualifications for vendors engaged in work on campus
  • Maintain SAP purchasing data, including source lists and vendor records, ensuring data integrity and accessibility
  • Reconcile invoices promptly and accurately to uphold financial accuracy
  • Generate comprehensive reports related to purchase orders to support procurement analysis and decision-making
  • Exhibit a customer service-oriented approach when working with various departments and vendors to foster collaborative relationships

 

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
  • 1+ years of professional experience in accounting, procurement, and/or purchasing

 

Other

  • 1+ years of experience using SAP is preferred
  • 1+ years of experience coordinating with maintenance and/or construction subcontractors/vendors is preferred  

 

The approximate pay range for this position is $54,000.00 to $74,000.00. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to background, knowledge, skills, and abilities as well as geographic location of the position.
