As a Business Analyst for the Vet Sales team, you’ll oversee daily analytics and deliver actionable insights. Come prepared to facilitate training on the Customer Relationship Management system (CRM) platform to improve sales processes and concentrate on meeting High Performance Targets (HPT) and product distribution objectives.   • Provide business overview and analysis to customer teams on progress against market and Joint Business Planning (JBP) objectives
  • Assess competitive market activity and provide analytics around risks/opportunities to the Purina portfolio
  • Partner with Finance to deliver promotional recommendations on the Purina portfolio to maximize market impact
  • Provide ad-hoc reporting and communication for retail initiatives
  • Provide input, in collaboration with Vet Sales, for high performing targe tracking, sales forecasting, and performance analysis
  • Assist in the development and implementation of processes for the field sales operation
  • Support training of field sales in existing system platforms utilization
  • Collaborate with business analyst team and technical teams in the maintenance of data warehousing objects across systems operational platforms 

 

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution

 

Other

  • 1+ years of experience in category development, business analytics, sales, or marketing is preferred
  • Previous experience with Nielsen/IRI/Power BI, or RSI syndicated data is preferred

 

The approximate pay range for this position is $70,000 to $92,000. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to knowledge, skills, and abilities as well as geographic location.
