As a Business Intelligence and Analytics Manager on our Vet Sales team, you’ll be responsible for driving digital transformation while implementing and managing a CRM platform. You’ll play a key role in robust business analytics, refining processes, and communicating updates to the Vet Sales channel. Join our team and drive business growth while ensuring exceptional user experiences both for our field Sales and clinics. 

 

  • Utilize data analytics to improve sales performance in Veterinary Sales through targeted strategies and automation
  • Act as the Project Manager for Veterinary Sales on digital transformation projects, collaborating with internal and external partners for process improvements, analytics, and insights
  • Actively seek benchmarking opportunities to stay ahead of industry trends in Veterinary Sales
  • Lead for IT Support in maintaining current tools and development of new capabilities
  • Translate business requirements into technical needs for optimal reporting and analytics solutions
  • Take on a leadership role in the Veterinary Sales community, sharing best practices and driving continuous improvement and innovation
  • Recommend process optimizations using agile principles
  • Share and celebrate projects, promoting knowledge sharing within the department and across disciplines

 

 

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited institution 
  • 7+ years of professional experience with 3+ years of that experience in digital category development, business analytics, or marketing
  • 1+ years of experience in the Microsoft self-service platform (PowerBI, Power Automate, PowerApps, SAP, and/or Business Objects

 

 

The approximate pay range for this position is $114,000 to $125,000. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to knowledge, skills, and abilities as well as geographic location.
