POSITION SUMMARY:

As a Business Systems Consultant supporting our Kronos timekeeping system, you will be responsible for deployment and sustenance of our hourly configurations and modules across 26 locations in the US.  You will provide support and enhancements to both processes and applications.  As part of our Super User Network, you will play a significant role for both strategic and day-to-day operations. You will practice proactive communication on upcoming outages, date driven events and enhancements and act as liaison between Hourly locations and IT North America submitting all business requirements and change requests.  You will play an active role with the Zone Kronos Business leads in prioritizing work with Human Resources IT North America (HR IT NA). You will perform regular testing including Market Accept Tests (MAT) to ensure quality and timeliness of enhancements.

  • Respond to both end user and team member questions, analyze data, research, and troubleshoot to resolve issues and identify root causes
  • Understand end-to-end processes related to Hourly Timekeeping / Payroll submission and reconciliation
  • Interact with Super User Network (SUN) Team members through the resolution of complex problems and recommend corrective and preventative actions.  Work with internal teams, as well as external vendor, as required.
  • Participate with coworkers to answer business critical questions from receivers, research and escalate high priority problems, working with appropriate IT NA and 3rd Party vendor.
  • Escalate identified issues timely and appropriately.
  • Communicate effectively with end users and business partners to inform them of unplanned and planned outages including new functionalities.
  • Participate in medium/large scaled projects including testing, change impacts, training, day in the life and HyperCare support
  • Identify and report issues that inhibit project goals
  • Significant involvement in the designing and implementation of the product backlog. Work with internal business partners and 3rd Party
  • Ensure that all enhancements are well documented and work with local IT FRM structure to ensure alignment

 

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience performing configurations within a timekeeping system such as: ADP, Workday, UKG, Peoplesoft, etc.)
  • 2+ years of experience gathering requirements and performing configurations specific to attendance policies, timekeeping, scheduling, and Paid Time Off policies
  • 1+ year of experience using data to drive business decisions and backlog prioritization

  • Experience working with hourly employee modules and process

The approximate pay range for this position is $110,000.00 to $130,000.00. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to knowledge, skills and abilities as well as geographic location.
