Position Summary
Digital Transformation is at the center of all that we do. With data-driven innovators passionate about making a difference in the lives of pets, we create cutting-edge digital business models that solve complex problems. You’ll be at the forefront of digital advancements as they happen in real time, as well as ensure we remain a leader and innovator in the pet care category, and you’ll have a hand in making a lasting impact within our long-standing history.
The Change Management Specialist is responsible for creating and implementing change management plans to maximize employee adoption and minimize resistance for a variety of organizational transformations across people, processes, and technology. Come prepared to enable change adoption by executing change management plans, engaging with key stakeholders, preparing end users for go-live, and ensuring long-term sustainment.
- Develop and execute change management plans with guidance from the Senior Change Manager
- Partner with Enterprise Digital, Business, and IT stakeholders to conduct change impact assessments and assess organizational change risks
- Create and execute tailored communication plans to accommodate the needs of different stakeholder groups impacted by the change
- Partner with key subject matter experts to develop content training materials
- Develop and execute project-related communication such as e-mails, newsletters, videos, PowerPoint presentations, and leader talking points
- Gather feedback from key stakeholders using qualitative and quantitative methods including focus groups, surveys, retrospective sessions, etc.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited Institution
- 2+ years of experience with change management efforts
- 1+ years of developing and executing change management initiatives
- 1+ year of experience with communication and training efforts in support of change management
Other
- Degree from an accredited institution with an emphasis in Change Management, Business Administration, Psychology, Organizational Development, Communications, or Learning, or related fields of study is preferred
- Experience with Digital Transformation efforts and Generative AI tools is preferred
The approximate pay range for this position is $71,000 - $101,000. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to background, knowledge, skills, and abilities as well as geographic location of the position.
