As a Coordinator, Print Services (Customer Services), you’ll be an important part of Purina’s in-house Print Services team. You will collaborate with internal business groups to define job requirements and enter the required information into the print management system in order to prepare job tickets.

 

  • Interact with customers in person, telephone, and e-mail in order to define job requirements and respond to customer inquiries
  • Communicate order requirements to associates within Print Services in order to produce high quality products and services efficiently and cost effectively
  • Handle daily customer and associate inquiries regarding Print Services jobs
  • Participate in daily staff meetings by communicating with staff regarding upcoming jobs, answering questions about existing jobs, and setting priorities
  • Assist with managing our partnership with third-party warehousing and distribution companies
  • Maintain accurate system data, running reports, and dealing with exceptions/problems

 

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent
  • 2+ years of experience in professional printing or print services related work
  • 2+ years of customer service experience

 

Other

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Graphic Design, or Art is preferred
  • 1+ years of experience with graphic design for print is preferred
  • 1+ years of experience with print project management software is preferred
  • 1+ years of experience with inventory management is preferred
  • 1+ years of experience with Adobe Creative suite is preferred


The approximate pay range for this position is $33,000.00 to $49,000.00. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to background, knowledge, skills, and abilities as well as geographic location of the position.
