As a Print Services Coordinator, you will act as the liaison between third party warehousing and distribution companies and Nestlé Purina employees for warehousing, kitting and distribution of Nestlé Purina items. You will work with internal customers to create, update and order form numbered and other printed items.

 

  • Manage the partnership between third-party warehousing and distribution companies and Nestlé Purina by maintaining accurate system data, running reports and dealing with exceptions/problems
  • Receive, process, and reconcile monthly invoices from third-party warehouse
  • Maintain form number database and SharePoint site
  • Collaborate with internal customers to create and update form numbered and other printed items
  • Orchestrate the donation of leftover material and pet products to shelters and other local organizations
  • Assist with Print Services' yearly physical inventory/cycle counts


Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent
  • 2+ years of experience with inventory management
  • 2+ years of customer service experience


Other

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications or Graphic Design is preferred
  • 2+ years of experience in a print services role is preferred
  • 1+ years of experience with inventory and/or print management systems is preferred


The approximate pay range for this position is $33,000.00 to $48,000.00. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to background, knowledge, skills, and abilities as well as geographic location of the position. Nestlé offers performance-based incentives and a competitive total rewards package, which includes a 401k with Company match, healthcare coverage and a broad range of other benefits.
