Position Summary

As the Customer Facing Supply Chain Project Manager, you will support the Supply Chain leadership team in implementing key initiatives across the CFSC group. As a consultant, influencer, and strategist, you will be responsible for the achievement in delivering profit, service and sales targets while managing strategic initiatives that position the organization for long-term success. You will also lead Customer Facing analytics for the CFSC Team to identify key insights, develop and track KPI’s and identify solutions that drive efficiencies and growth. 


Duties and Responsibilities: 

  • Create and execute the strategy and creation of customer data solutions that expand retail coverage and organizational utilization
  • Assess and communicate trending service opportunities – identify risks or gains to organizational stakeholders and impacts related to or from case fill, on time and customer compliance programs. 
  • Strengthen and support cross-functional relationships within the Transportation, Warehousing, Supply Chain Services, DSP, ORM, LGO/ISIT and MDO groups. Serve as the key contact and liaison between these groups and CFSC. 
  • Lead Senior Supply Chain analyst – support data model developments, guide development prioritizations and coach for professional growth
  • Coordinate and Plan for routine initiatives –New Items, Downsizes, Case Pack Changes, Plant initiatives, Quarter and YE closes. Assess and communicate timelines, risks and impacts to key stakeholders.
  • Manage Cost to serve by ensuring compliance to Service Pricing Efficiency Incentive Programs. Align with ORM and Sales Finance on program requirements, results, reporting and exception management
  • Coordinate Phase III of the SC Management Development Program alongside Trainee Plant HR, Logistics Managers, Corporate Logistics, ORM and CFSC Directors.

 

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in business, supply chain management, finance, marketing, or related field.
  • 2+ years of customer facing experience in a supply chain, business analyst or related role
  • Strong experience in Excel, Power BI and PowerPoint preferred
  • Experience with Nielsen Data Management Platform preferred
