As a Customer Supply Chain Specialist, you will be responsible for managing the product transitions between Nestle Purina Pet Care and our retail partners while building relationships that enhance Nestlé Purina's influence internally and externally. You will work collaboratively with the Customer, Customer Supply Chain team, Order Revenue Management team, Sales and Corporate Logistics on customer priority initiatives that optimize service, inventory and cost for the total value chain.

 

  • Manage Nestle Purina ordering and inventory in Relex for the Tractor Supply network.
  • Evaluate opportunities for replenishment levels for stores.
  • Monitor key performance indicators; inventory levels, in-stocks, and service levels.
  • Collaborate with key cross-functional teams at Tractor Supply (Replenishment, merchandising, DC operations and Transportation)
  • Collaborate with key cross-functional teams at NPP (Sales, Supply Chain, ORM, Supply Planning) to align on promotional timing, item updates, new item distribution, and POG changes.

 

Requirements

  •  Bachelor's Degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Data Analytics or related field 
  • 1+ year of supply chain, order life cycle management, data analytics, or related field

 

 The approximate pay range for this position is $74,000.00 to $92,000.00. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to knowledge, skills and abilities as well as geographic location.
