The Quality Assurance department is comprised of talented individuals who possess a genuine love for pets and their families. As the Quality Assurance (QA) Digital Integration Specialist, you’ll serve as the bridge between the QA organization and Nestlé Purina's digital ecosystem. Come prepared to use QA processes—including Corrective Action Preventive Action (CAPA), non-conformances, audits, specifications, food safety systems, and factory quality operations—to identify opportunities to integrate, consolidate, and streamline QA tools and workflows. The analyst builds Power BI reports, Power Apps applications, and Power Automate workflows to solve QA-specific business problems, and partners cross-functionally for complex architecture, advanced AI/agentic development, and enterprise data integration.

 

    • Assess the current QA digital tool landscape and recommend consolidation opportunities that reduce complexity, license spend, and manual effort
    • Design, build, and maintain Power BI reports, Power Apps applications, and Power Automate workflows that solve QA-specific business problems
    • Utilize Power BI including visualization, parameters, report optimization, measures, modeling, dashboards, and dataflows
    • Collaborate cross-functionally for complex architecture, advanced AI/agentic solutions, and enterprise data integration. Ensure shared solutions deliver measurable value to QA
    • Harmonize disparate QA datasets to identify business and operational trends. Clearly communicate insights to the business groups
    • Apply working knowledge of Copilot Studio, AI Builder, and generative AI concepts to incorporate AI capabilities into QA solutions
    • Demonstrate curiosity, continuous exploration and improvement, and ability to adapt to the evolving needs of Quality Assurance and the digital landscape

 

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree plus 3 years of experience OR Associates degree plus 5 years of experience OR High School/GED equivalent plus 7 years of experience in Quality Assurance, Food Science, Data Analytics, Engineering, or related field
  • 3+ years of experience in Quality Assurance, food safety, manufacturing quality, or a related regulated industry
  • 1+ years hands-on experience with the Microsoft Power Platform (Power BI, Power Apps, and/or Power Automate)
  • 1+ year experience with QA processes such as Corrective and Prevention Action, non-conformance, audits, specifications, food safety systems, and factory quality operations

 

Other

  • Experience with Power Apps AND Power Automate is preferred
  • Understanding of enterprise QA systems (SAP QM, TrackWise, LIMS, MES, or comparable) is preferred
  • Demonstrated experience integrating or connecting multiple systems/data sources through Power Platform is preferred
  • Prior experience in a factory Quality role is preferred

 

The approximate pay range for this position is $69,680 to $98,130. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Final compensation may vary based on factors including, but not limited to knowledge, skills, and abilities as well as geographic location.
