Position Summary
We’re comprised of a team of dedicated administrative professionals who are proactive, lending our expertise and knowledge to support the organization's operations. In this role, you’ll provide advanced administrative and organizational support to the Head of U.S. Engineering Hub. No two days look the same – you’ll coordinate projects, lead distribution of information, schedule and coordinate large workshops, meetings, and travel arrangements all in a given week. You’ll also find yourself supporting special projects, creating presentation materials, preparation of reports/spreadsheets, and providing administrative support to various committees.
Primary Responsibilities
- Ensure assigned floor has all necessary site services and local support – daily cleaning and trash removal, coffee & snacks available, restock printer supplies, primary liaison with IS/IT for conference room technical support resolution
- Maintain Hub organizational calendars and key milestone trackers
- Maintain organizational charts, distribution lists, SharePoint and stakeholder communication channels
- Publish meeting materials, standards, announcements, and newsletters
- Support Hub Finance with budget tracking, cost-center administration, purchase requests and invoice processing
- Assist with timekeeping, reporting, and workforce administration
- Coordinate communications such as Town Halls & employee status changes
- Prepare data for monthly operating reviews and annual budgeting cycles
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 5+ years professional experience in an Administrative Support role or equivalent
Salary: $72,246.60 to $106,210.00 per year
Bonus Eligibility: Yes
The pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to knowledge, skills and abilities as well as geographic location. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at top of range.
