Nestle Regional Globe Office North America, Inc. seeks multiple Expert CVC Network Engineer in St. Louis MO
Duties: Responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining the voice networks that support an organization operations. Network Voice engineer ensure the seamless operation, security, and optimization of all voice network systems, including voice gateways, physical phones, voice software and applications and complementary tools. Troubleshoot and resolve network issues, monitor network performance, and recommend upgrades to improve efficiency and security. Plan and coordinate multiple vendors. Lead project teams in a matrix organization and vendors to accomplish and report status on project and sustain activities and to ensure results meet negotiated customer expectations and adhere to internal standards and strategies. Drive the resolution of cross-teams and cross-business issues. Lead vendors in a complex environment, conferring regularly with diverse technical staff and resources through all life-cycle phases in accordance with established direction and standards. Telework is acceptable up to 3 days per week.
Requirements:
Job requires a Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Science or a closely related field plus 7 years of experience in the job offered or in a Networking, Voice Analyst, Network Engineering, Voice Networks Subject Matter Expert (SME), or closely related role. Required experience must include all of the following:
- 7 years of enterprise level experience supporting, deploying, and executing preventive maintenance in LAN and Voice Networks.;
- 7 years of experience working with PBX, POTS lines, Cisco Voice Solutions, Skype, and MS Teams;
- 7 years of enterprise working with Avaya Systems, Genesys, Amazon Connect, service management, and ITIL;
- 5 years of experience in network design and project deployment;
- 5 years of experience in supporting and maintaining Cisco hardware and software, switching and routing in datacenters, and manufacturing and branch locations;
- 3 years of experience in vendor management; and
- 3 years of experience in project management.
Work Location: 800 Chouteau Ave., St. Louis, MO 63102. Telework is acceptable up to 3 days per week.
