As the Senior Technical Business Analyst on the innovative New Business Models team you will have a thorough understanding of the NetSuite system, processes, and data flows. This role gives you the opportunity to flex your curiosity and self-start mentality, with the excitement of innovative project work. You will identify problems and drive those problems through resolution.
Collaborate with senior product owners, lead developers, DPQA, and leadership team to provide iterative consumer and business value to all Purina DTC digital products
- Manage and own epics, and prioritized issues within multiple DTC product workstreams
- Report operation concerns and resolution ideas to key stakeholders and partners
- Create functional and technical specifications, test and validate new integrations and frontend features
- Support integration issues and perform root cause analysis
- Develop optimization strategy for sustain processes, including how to increase efficiency of connected systems and effectiveness for critical business KPIs
- Perform financial and data validation across Purina DTC systems technology and supported products, including resource management, bank recount management, and general support
- NetSuite System DTC subject matter expert – supports Purina/Just Right DTC systems, connecting with Scrum teams for related NetSuite tickets
- Evaluate and implement changes in NetSuite like configurations, workflows, forms, roles, and saved searches
- Support prioritization of backlog in DTC Integrations.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred
- 3+ years as technical business analyst with experience in eliciting, documenting, and managing requirements
- 3+ years of experience with Agile / Lean methodologies
- 3+ years of experience in test planning, test case development and execution
- Experience working in NetSuite required
- Experience with Magento, Shopify, or other eComm tool preferred
- Experience with Visio, Jira, DevOps, and Confluence preferred
