Position Summary

 

As an HR Coordinator (Associate Development Center), you will handle the end-to-end coordination, upkeep coordination, and live operational execution of the Associate Development Center’s meeting and event spaces. This role serves as the primary on-site face of the center, ensuring rooms, AV technology, materials, and catering are seamlessly coordinated and event-ready to support a positive day-to-day customer experience.  You will serve as the primary on-site owner for daily operations, partnering closely with the OD Team, internal and external meeting organizers, and guests while operating with routine direction.

 

  • Partner with stakeholders to plan space usage, including room setup, AV needs, materials, and food & beverage arrangements
  • Coordinate across IT, Site Services, facilities, vendors, and catering teams to support smooth daily operations and address maintenance needs
  • Serve as the on-site point of contact for users, addressing basic issues and partnering with IT/Site Services for resolution while managing real-time priorities
  • Support operational continuity by training backup resources and keeping reference materials and facility guides current
  • Gather and apply user feedback to continuously improve space utilization, traffic flow, and processes
  • Manage financial responsibilities, including event budgets, expense tracking, and invoices/chargebacks
  • Support the Organizational Development team’s logistics and events as needed

 

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 3+ years of overall professional experience
  • 2+ years of experience in facility coordination, event management, hospitality, HR operations, and/or a highly active corporate customer service role

 

Other

  • Bachelor’s degree is preferred
  • Experience with physical logistics, vendor service coordination (ex. Catering, facility maintenance), basic AV/technology checks, etc. is preferred

 

The approximate pay range for this position is $42,970.00 to $60,330.00. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to background, knowledge, skills, and abilities as well as geographic location of the position.
