Position Summary


The Health and Wellbeing Specialist will assist with researching, developing and implementing health and wellbeing programs, such as health fairs and seminars, all of which increase eligible participants engagement, mitigates financial and health risks, and improves health data outcomes. This role is based in St. Louis, MO. 

Responsibilities: 

•    Collaborate with and influence OpCo Total Reward Committee Member(s) and internal OpCo stakeholders; Build strong leadership relationships to understand and support the business goals.
•    Identify opportunities within OpCo to incorporate wellbeing activities and mindset into cross-functional events, programs, meetings, building communications and graphics.
•    Provide support, coordinate and influence Site Wellness Champions and onsite Health Coach activities, including update meetings/e-mails and location-specific needs; Communicate national program strategy into actionable items for Site Champions and onsite Health Coaches.
•    Attend OpCo conferences as appropriate and collaborate with OpCo leads to identify and recommended opportunities to incorporate health and wellbeing programs and practices;  Acquire and share wellbeing industry knowledge.
•    Support, develop, and present in-person and/or virtual meeting/webinars (e.g., Annual Enrollment) and communications to employees and Employee Resource Groups (ERGs), as well as report employee feedback via active listening.
•    Track and report on participation, employee satisfaction/feedback and outcomes regarding wellbeing programs and activities; Provide recommendations for improvement and creative solutions to issues;  Develop and present insightful and actionable reports to stakeholders.
•    Analyze and present location dashboard/scorecard and develop site specific wellbeing activities that address health risks and show year over year improvement. 
•    Serve as the benefits team liaison by actively listening to Human Resources and employee comments, observing employee engagement, and sharing feedback with the team to improve the employee experience and benefit optimization.
•    Drive continuous improvement efforts resulting in a more streamlined and efficient employee experience; This includes review and influence of third-party vendors, Service Centers and employee communications as needed.
 

Requirements: 

•    Bachelor’s degree in Health Promotions, HR, Business Administration or in a related field. 
•    2+ years of experience with planning and delivering employee-facing wellbeing programs and issue resolution within an organization, via a hybrid workforce (manufacturing and office). 
•    Advanced skills in MS Office (Word/Excel/PowerPoint/Outlook/Teams). 
•    Must have excellent teamwork and communication skills (oral and written). 
•    Must be able to react quickly and deliver resolutions to meet internal employee’s needs. 
•    Must be detail-oriented and have the ability to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines.
•    Ability to travel up to 20% and prior SAP experience desired.
