As the Human Resources Manager, you’ll ensure that Nestlé Purina Latin America & Caribbean attracts, develops, and retains a strong talent pool throughout the Region, in order to support the sustainable growth of the business by building a high performing team. You’ll support the St. Louis Regional Team as the Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) for all locally, aligned to the HRBPs responsible for the functions/markets within the region. 

 

  • Assists in developing and implementing regional HR strategies to attract, develop, and retain associates, ensuring flawless execution of global and local HR initiatives, and coordinating workforce planning 

  • Responsible for performance & development, succession planning and training plans 

  • Foster effective working relationships with managers, associates, and representatives, promoting a productive and equitable culture 

  • Coach others to align with Nestlé Management and Leadership Principles, ensuring HR compliance and utilizing listening tools for engagement 

  • Develop and implement the regional employer branding strategy to drive employee engagement, attraction and retention  

  • Collaborate with Talent and People Analytics Center of Competence (CoC) to implement initiatives supporting the HR regional strategy 

 

Requirements 

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution  

  • Bilingual in English and Spanish  

  • 5+ years of experience as a human resource business partner or equivalent expertise  

  • 2+ years of experience in people/HR analytics 

 

The approximate pay range for this position is $101,000 to $124,000. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to knowledge, skills and abilities as well as geographic location.
