Position Summary

 

As an HR Operations Associate, you will assist in the efficient and smooth operational functioning of the Human Resources Operations department and will also provide support to factory or corporate functions. Your support will include responding to routine HR inquires, providing system expertise and acting as a trustworthy liaison between other HR Centers of Excellence functions, as well as coordinating various projects. You will process various applications, employment, enrollment, pay change information and other confidential forms and records.  You will also maintain and distribute as appropriate, current employee information, policy and procedure manuals and other communications. 

 

  • Transacts all employee lifecycle activities in a timely manner, including (but not limited to) the following: completion of job requisitions, pre-employment check background adjudication, new hire paperwork coordination and onboarding, job changes/position transfers, organization structure management, end of employment and retirement coordination and paperwork, etc.
  • Perform routine/general transactions and correspondence based on customer requests/requirements.
  • Supports high volume workload with their assigned client groups and on projects with requisition creation, mass template creation, HR case submission
  • Routinely communicate with other HR department contacts, attending team calls, reporting assistance, and escalations.
  • Provide support for electronic files by playing a key role with the electronic file process, acting as a liaison with Nestlé Business Services, and being a main point of contact to field questions on the process.
  • Create, maintain, and update departmental and onboarding processes as needed.
  •  Complete additional projects as assigned by Manager, including technical testing, scorecard maintenance, periodic or special report analysis, and support HR Operations team with regular reporting audit projects.
  • Function as a communication liaison; identify and share departmental issues, concerns, and needs with Senior HR Leadership, Factory HR, and other HR associates regarding potential enhancements to current HR practices, policies, and procedures.

 

Requirements

  • High School diploma or GED equivalent required
  • 1+ years prior experience in the field of HR Operations experience in a corporate environment
  • 6+ months of SAP SuccessFactors experience as an end user

 

Other

  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Human Resources or related field
  • Experience working within HR in a manufacturing environment

The approximate pay range for this position is $45,000 to $67,000. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Final compensation may vary based on factors including, but not limited to knowledge, skills, and abilities as well as geographic location.
