Position Summary 

Our service professionals possess exceptional foresight and together, make up our reliable Site Services team. From our sustainability efforts on-campus, to identifying opportunities and solutions often before we even realize what we need. As a Laborer, you’ll support the maintenance staff professionals at our Headquarters in St. Louis, MO. Your primary role is to support the needs of the team, vehicle fleet maintenance, changing lightbulbs, general housekeeping, and maintenance of mechanical equipment.

• Assist Team Leaders and maintenance mechanics by undertaking tasks that do not require the specialized skills or tools exclusive to maintenance mechanics
• Must be able to use standard hand tools to accomplish routine maintenance tasks
• Replaces lamps in lighting fixtures on campus
• Assist in maintaining the maintenance vehicle fleet which includes frequent driving of vehicles
• This position requires the use of ladders, scissor lifts, pallet jacks, and fork trucks

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Valid driver's license
• 1 year of experience supporting daily operations, facilities, maintenance, or customer-facing services

Other

• Must be able to use standard hand tools
• Must be able to perform the physical requirements necessary, such as lifting up to 50+ pounds, to meet the expectations of job assignments
• Must be willing to work Tuesday through Friday from 7:30am – 4:00pm  and Saturday from 6:00am – 2:30PM

The approximate hourly pay for this position is $25.96. Please note that the pay provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting.
