The Growth Marketing Manager is an innovative and data-driven marketer that helps develop and lead the acquisition strategy for Nestle Purina’s direct-to-consumer portfolio. The ideal candidate will have a history of success building customer demand and driving customer acquisition for eCommerce and DTC brands. This role will be responsible for developing growth strategies, ideating new campaigns, and optimizing channels against performance goals. They will play a key role in helping us transform the way we build and activate our DTC brands.
- Own the growth marketing function across acquisition and retention to achieve new customers, LTV, CAC, and retention goals
- Responsible for the strategy, launch, campaign management, and analysis of key performance channels including: Paid Search, Paid Social, Affiliates and Display
- Develop campaign plans to support product launches, promos, and evergreen timeframes to meet traffic and revenue goals
- Develop strategies rooted in historical learnings and current trends to meet key business goals
- Develop new creative briefs to ensure timely, brand right, and effective creation of assets and copy
- Enhance the reporting and testing/learning strategy for the performance marketing program
- Provide performance goals, measurement, and actionable insights around digital channel performance
- Prepare and present analyses, clearly communicating key takeaways and opportunities for improvement
- Keep an eye on the market for emerging channels, trends, and new testing opportunities in the digital space
- Collaborate closely with Creative, UX/UI, and Product to improve and optimize DTC outcomes
- Highly Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and reporting tools such as Google Analytics
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required.
- 5+ years of professional experience with at least 3 of those years in the following: digital media, growth marketing, performance marketing, or brand marketing required.
- Experience working with an eCommerce, DTC, or digital product brand preferred.
- Experience and proven results in leading marketing campaigns across digital marketing channels including but not limited to Paid Search, Paid Social, Affiliate or Display preferred.
