POSITION SUMMARY

 

As the Director of Maintenance, you’ll be responsible for developing and executing the maintenance strategy across more than 20 manufacturing locations. A major pillar of this strategy will be Total Productive Maintenance (TPM). You’ll develop, implement, and ensure execution of factory asset maintenance programs with the aim to eliminate unplanned stops, optimize maintenance cost, and increase asset intensity. This vital work will include defining and monitoring maintenance improvement plans, managing competence building, and ensuring budget adherence.

 

Primary Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute maintenance strategy across all Wet, Dry, & Litter factories.
  • Implement Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) methodologies.
  • Strengthen capabilities to eliminate repeat failures and provide feedback to maintenance standards.
  • Coordinate production support to eliminate quality defects, safety risks, and chronic technical issues.
  • Manage maintenance budget and track spending.
  • Build competencies in maintenance methodologies and analyze common gaps for improvement.
  • Lead succession planning for key maintenance positions across locations. 


Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or a related discipline 
  • 10 years of experience in a leadership role with Maintenance in a manufacturing, industrial, military, or related environment


Other 

  • Experience with Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) 
  • Must be willing to travel a minimum of 50%


The approximate pay range for this position is $142,000- $205,000. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Final compensation may vary based on factors including, but not limited to knowledge, skills, and abilities as well as geographic location. Nestle offers performance-based incentives and a competitive total rewards package, which includes a 401k with company match, healthcare coverage, and a broad range of other benefits. Incentives and/or benefit packages may vary depending on the position.
