POSITION SUMMARY:

As a Manager, Change Management, you will be responsible for developing and implementing Change Management strategies for a variety of Digital Business Transformation initiatives. These strategies will maximize employee adoption and usage, while minimizing resistance. You will partner with business and technology stakeholders across Nestlé Purina and should be able to quickly develop credibility and build strong relationships. You will coach and develop teams to build capabilities to adapt to change.   

  • Develop and drive the Change Management strategies and plans across the different dimensions of Change Management (i.e., Stakeholder Engagement, Change Impact Assessment, Change Networks, etc) while ensuring alignment with project goals.   

  • Establish and track success criteria and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) including adoption, proficiency, and realization of business value. 

  • Perform change impact assessments; define actions to mitigate risks and assess change readiness of stakeholders. 

  • Build stakeholder engagement plans. 

  • Partner with project teams and cross-functional stakeholders to promote engagement and adoption - track progress and escalate issues and risks as appropriate. 

  • Support the design, development, delivery, and management of project communications.  

  • Assess training needs and develop training strategies and plans; partner with key subject matter experts to develop content and deliver training, as needed  

  • Develop sustainment plans to track adoption and realize long-term business value. 

 

Requirements 

  • Bachelor’s degree with a preferred emphasis in Change Management, Business Administration, Psychology, Organizational Development or Communications 

  • 5+ years successfully leading Change Management initiatives for cross-functional projects in a fast-paced environment 

  • 1+ years of experience providing internal learning and training at a Program Level 

 

Other

  • Change Management certification 

  • Experience with digital business transformation initiatives 

  • Experience with 2 or more technical integrations focused on continuous or process improvement.

The approximate pay range for this position is $113,000.00 to $150,000.00. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to knowledge, skills and abilities as well as geographic location. Nestlé offers performance-based incentives and a competitive total rewards package, which includes a 401k with company match, healthcare coverage and a broad range of other benefits.
