POSITION SUMMARY:
As a Demand Planning Manager, you will leverage your strong set of core functional skills to lead the transformation of a forecast into an enterprise demand plan that supports the achievement of our strategic goals. You will be responsible for executing end-to-end planning that enables efficient operations with a focus on forecast accuracy and service optimization.
- Lead Demand Milestones within the ITP/IBP Cycles and provide relevant insights in all other milestones to align on a consensus demand plan.
- Establish and lead connections with cross functional stakeholders to have a deep understanding of Category, Brand and Network strategies
- Translate commercial strategies into actionable operational plans
- Influence decisions by understanding stakeholder roles and responsibilities and utilizing strong cross functional knowledge to navigate roadblocks
- Leverage analytical skills that allow you to provide accurate insights and challenge assumptions where appropriate
- Lead key engagements with the ability to craft a story and tell it through impactful visuals and produce alignment to actions and decisions.
- Anticipate implications of actions or decisions throughout the end-to-end planning process and proactively address as needed.
- Strategically evaluate evolving trends and recommend, lead and support the implementation of new ways of working, even in an ambiguous environment
- Provide functional direction to ensure system processes, inputs, outputs and data align with agreed upon plans and actions.
- Facilitate functional collaboration to optimize team performance and KPIs.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Marketing or similar field.
- 5+ years of experience within Demand Planning, Supply Chain, or Finance
- 3+ years of experience working cross functionally with various business units such as Marketing, Sales, Finance, Customer Service
Other
- Experience working with Supply Chain Planning/Demand Planning (S&OE/S&OP) experience preferred
- Experience working with Demand Planning Solutions such as Blue Yonder, Anaplan, or SAS

The approximate pay range for this position is $120,000.00 to $145,000.00. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to knowledge, skills and abilities as well as geographic location. Nestlé offers performance-based incentives and a competitive total rewards package, which includes a 401k with company match, healthcare coverage and a broad range of other benefits.
