POSITION SUMMARY
As a Market Manufacturing Excellence Manager, you will be responsible for execution of market-level performance improvement and savings initiatives. You’ll facilitate large scale projects from start to finish at the market level across mutltiple sites. The role also supports the deployment of Continuous Improvement and Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) activities across factories including industrial engineering functions, capacity management, standards oversight, and more.
- Deploy Manufacturing Excellence systems and tools across factories.
- Support the market-level loss analysis, project selection, and project prioritization.
- Facilitate market level DMAIC project management including prioritization across departments, follow-up, and result replication.
- Lead Manufacturing Excellence acceleration initiatives with significant multi-factory impact.
- Lead cross-functional teams and provide ad-hoc support for priority factory improvements.
- Drive profitability by eliminating manufacturing and distribution costs.
- Enable top-line growth by improving reliability and capacity.
- All other duties as assigned.
MUST BE WILLING TO TRAVEL UP TO 75%.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Business, or related field.
- 5+ years of leadership experience to include continuous improvement projects and/or coaching in a manufacturing, military, or related environment.
Other
- Experience with TPM, DMAIC, Kaizen, and/or Lean Six Sigma in a manufacturing environment preferred.

The approximate pay range for this position is $97,000.00 - $146,000.00. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to knowledge, skills and abilities as well as geographic location.
