As a Business Lead (Lead Digital Marketing Technology) on the Petivity team, you’ll be responsible for defining and owning the strategy and success of a product line. You will oversee the entire development cycle of a new IoT pet care product, from initial problem discovery to ensuring its market success. By working cross-functionally and with external agencies, you will have the opportunity to significantly impact the pet care industry.
- Develop product requirements and roadmaps based on consumer needs and corporate strategies.
- Make tactical trade off decisions based on data and analytics around features, resources, and timeline.
- Research market trends and stay up to date with competition.
- Evaluate solutions provided by 3rd party design firm, provide educated point of view, maintain delivery quality and timeliness
- Work closely with hardware, firmware, cloud, and AI teams to deliver product and features to market.
- Develop and test hypotheses, track and analyze results.
Requirements
- Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering and Master of Business Administration degree
- 7+ years of experience as a Product Manager working on smart devices, including independent ownership of a product line that you managed from concept to delivery
- 5+ years of experience working on technical products including connected products, artificial intelligence, and cloud computing
- 2+ years of experience working in the pet care industry
The approximate pay range for this position is $125,000 to $145,000. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to knowledge, skills and abilities as well as geographic location. Nestlé offers performance-based incentives and a competitive total rewards package, which includes a 401k with company match, healthcare coverage and a broad range of other benefits.
