As a Procurement Business Partner Specialist – Direct Materials, you’ll lead procurement for your consumer business unit and serve as the key liaison between Marketing, Supply Planning, and Category teams. You’ll translate business strategies, demand changes, and innovation priorities into actionable insights—ensuring material readiness, cost competitiveness, and supply continuity.

 

This role plays a critical part in driving business results through Innovation & Renovation (I&R) initiatives, enabling the successful launch of new products while maintaining a resilient and efficient supply network. 

 

In this role you will:

 

  • Serve as the primary Procurement point of contact for your assigned brands/business unit, building strong cross-functional partnerships with Marketing, Supply Planning, and Finance.
  • Translate business strategies, brand priorities, and demand changes into actionable procurement insights.
  • Provide recommendations and influence decision-making by communicating trade-offs across cost, supply risk, and speed-to-market.
  • Act as a core project team member on innovation and renovation initiatives, ensuring procurement engagement early in the process.

Requirements

  •  Bachelor’s Degree in business, Supply Chain, or related field 
  •  2+ years’ project management, purchasing, procurement, logistics or related experience 

 

The approximate pay range for this position is $63,000 to $90,000. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to knowledge, skills, and abilities as well as geographic location.
