Nestlé Regional Globe Office North America, Inc seeks multiple Senior Expert Product Ownership in St. Louis MO
Duties: Support the regional development of the SAP Transportation application, drive additions to the product roadmaps incorporating digital, automation, analytics, and innovation. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop their product roadmaps and consolidate into the broader North America region product roadmap. Manage the regional development of the global product team as it pertains to the product roadmap. Own the user stories in the overall product backlog and is accountable for the prioritization and the overall delivery of the product lifecycle. Act as the regional voice back to the global leadership and advocate for the product within the North America region, working to bridge any gaps. Own product and process pain points and drive to resolution while in alignment with global product managers. Meet regularly with each IT functional stream and Functional Relationship Managers to ensure they understand value of the products and look for additional opportunities. Give quarterly status updates for the products. Telework is acceptable up to 2 days per week.
Requirements:
Job requires Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Logistics, IT Management, or closely related field plus 5 years of experience in the job offered or as a transportation solutions lead, logistics solution lead, IT product owner, or a related role within the Supply Chain field. Required experience must include all of the following:
- 5 years of experience implementing SAP TM solutions including integration with external systems, transportation planning, event management, charge management, and change controller;
- 5 years of experience working with SAP ERP LE-TRA (Logistics Execution Transportation) including use of Shipments and Shipment Cost Documents and the integration with SAP TM;
- 5 years of experience working with each step of the product lifecycle including ‘make or buy’, RFI and RFP, Design and Build, Deployment, Sustain, Maintenance, and Retirement;
- 3 years of experience leading SAP TM implementations in large, centralized organizations using global templates and standardized processes;
- 3 years of experience working with Transporeon including Transport Assignment, Time Slot Management, Best Carrier, Yard integration, and Autonomous Procurement;
- 3 years of experience in transit visibility tool (Fourkites) and distance and durations (RandMcnally);
- 3 years of experience in SAP Warehouse Management including shipping execution, third party logistics electronic data interchange (3PL/EDI) integration, Yard processes, and Push dispatch;
- 3 years of experience working with Devops methodology using Azure DevOps and ServiceNow tools;
- 3 years of experience working with different process flows including Mode (Truck, train, multimodal, and ocean) and Delivery modes (FTL, LTL, parcels, Multi-pick, multi-drop, and crossdocking); and
- 2 years of experience managing 3rd party IT providers.
Work Location: 800 Chouteau Ave, Bldg E, St. Louis, MO 63102. Telework is acceptable up to 2 days per week.
