Position Summary:

 

As the Senior Divisional Maintenance Manager, you’ll ensure expert maintenance management and execution at a market level, and lead the implementation and execution of factory asset maintenance programs. Join our team and come prepared to coach and develop Maintenance Managers at the factory level across multi-site Nestlé Purina operating facilities. You’ll aim to eliminate unplanned stops, optimize maintenance costs, and as a result, increase asset intensity.

 

This position has the option to work remotely with expectation of up to 75% travel. Travel will include Nestlé Purina operating facilities within the U.S.

 

  • Strengthen Root Cause Failure Analysis (RCFA) capability at factory level to eliminate repeat failures and feedback to Maintenance Standards.
  • Support maintenance cost optimization through TPM focusing on Technical Store and Maintenance activities.
  • Sustain reliability engineering and replication of machine improvements, Preventative Maintenance standards, CIL standards, and centerlines for priority technologies.
  • Implement Maintenance Progression plan to embed technical and leadership competency development across all factories.
  • Accelerate step change progression by using Maintenance Technicians to help develop the Production Operators technical skills.
  • Utilize technical training modules, tablets, and other digital resources to increase technical competencies of the Maintenance Technicians and Production Operators.
  • Improve quality of Planned Maintenance Standards and foundations to improve the performance of our Assets.


Requirements

  • High School diploma or equivalent with 7+ years of experience in maintenance within a manufacturing environment and 6+ years of supervisory experience

OR

  • Engineering degree with 5+ years of experience in maintenance within a manufacturing environment and 4+ years of supervisory experience


Other

  • Must be willing to travel up to 75%. Travel will include Nestlé Purina factory locations within the U.S.

The approximate pay range for this position is $132,000 to $176,000. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to knowledge, skills and abilities as well as geographic location.
