As the Sr. Manager eCommerce, you’ll manage and develop resources to deliver volume, share, and profit goals, while also establishing team objectives and building integrated business plans and customer relationships. Through leveraging multi-functional resources for customer and business development, you’ll develop associates through training, coaching, and motivating.  As a fundamental part of our high-performing eCommerce team, you’ll sit at the center of our desire to be the most respected and agile selling organization.

 

  • Be a strategic partner to educate on connected commerce, facilitate forums to deliver connected commerce content, and embed omni mindset within the organization

  • Identify new trends and leaders within the Store Based Retail eCommerce landscape; activate relevant test and learns

  • Lead digitally focused retailer engagements to co-create specific recommendations for their digital ecosystem as identified via digital tools

  • Develops cross functional relationships with internal & external key stakeholders

  • Codify best practices to share and­ influence across the business for growth

  • Facilitate SBR Account Managers Development Plans

 

 

 Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited institution

  • 5+ years' experience in sales, account management, business development or category development activity with a manufacturer, distributor, or retail operations

 

Other

  • Must be able to travel up to 20% as business needs require
  • eCommerce experience is preferred

  • Previous retail account management is preferred

 

The approximate pay range for this position is $133,000 to $178,000. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to knowledge, skills, and abilities as well as geographic location.
