As a Sr. Media Manager, Center of Excellence, you'll help lead annual integrated media planning for Nestlé Purina based on business needs like brand/portfolio priorities and industry/category (CPG) best practices. You will prioritize brand, portfolio, and industry learning aggregation in order to drive growth for the organization and educate and inspire brand marketers. You will work in cross-functional collaboration with internal and external stakeholders in service of driving media strategy, best practices, and innovation to drive business impact.

 

  • Shapes annual Media Landscape, Media Competitive, ESOV Analysis, and Media Education series in partnership with media agency to inform planning and update internal stakeholders
  • Key lead in the annual media planning process, working closely with media agencies and internal stakeholders to ensure effective media strategies and plans
  • Creates and fosters processes and ways of working to ensure Optimal investment levels applying channel level learnings from MMM
  • Codifies media and channel-level best practices through the establishment of playbooks, education, and organizational influence to drive continued excellence in media planning
  • Aggregates and determines structure of COE Best Practices documentation and housing, drives timing and roll outs partnering with Shopper, Ecomm, NMB and other internal stakeholders
  • Partners with brands and media agency to develop and execute media strategies that align with business objectives and consumer behavior
  • Collaborates with internal and external teams to drive continuous optimizations in media plans and mixes at the brand and portfolio level to maximize effectiveness and efficiency
  • Determines and authors Portfolio Level Test n Learn Questions to drive media innovation producing case studies of learnings
  • Aggregates learnings across channels for brands and portfolio, sharing out 1-2x annually by partnering with Strategy/Insights and Analytics team, evaluating performance across multiple sources (MMM, Cross-Channel Studies, Partner Studies, etc.)
  • Manage and mentor the Social and Search Center of Excellence (COEs), helping to drive the overall portfolio strategy

 

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution
  • 10+ years of agency experience, with 5+ years working on national CPG brands
  • 7+ experience planning/buying/measuring across digital and off-line media

 

The approximate pay range for this position is $136,000 to $155,000 per year. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to knowledge, skills and abilities as well as geographic location.
