As Senior Engineering Project Manager (End-to-End Project Manager), you'll take ownership of complex capital projects that help power our factories. You'll manage scope, cost, resources, and change orders with confidence, while ensuring designs meet our standards and timelines. In close partnership with factory leadership and other stakeholders, you'll orchestrate project execution including construction and commissioning.
- Lead the development of pre-project approval documents including project charter, project management plan, project kick start, estimate and milestone schedule creation
- Apply full understanding of design scope and project deliverables to coordinate bid package development, evaluation and selection of construction firms, and release for field execution
- Direct and execute installation, construction and commissioning of assigned projects
- Monitor work output of project engineers and facilitate effective communication between engineering disciplines, standards, operations, technical stakeholders and safety leaders
- Ensure design progress and deliverables are met and in alignment with established project key components, specifications and requirements
- Manage adherence to project milestones and scope and secure approvals for all changes in projects based on engineering ways of working methodology and risk mitigation
- Control the project budget including cost forecasts, cash flow projections, resource allocation and regular reporting
- Provide construction management and plant startup assistance as needed to ensure successful project execution and hand-off
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or related field with 10+ years of project management experience in a manufacturing, industrial, military or related environment
OR
- Associates degree with 12+ years of project management experience in a manufacturing, industrial, military or related environment

- Must be willing to travel up to 25-75% depending on project schedules and milestones
The approximate pay range for this position is $151,000 to $193,000 per year. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to knowledge, skills and abilities as well as geographic location.
