As a Senior Specialist Business Partner, you will oversee sourcing strategies for indirect materials, lead strategic category management initiatives, and drive cost improvements. The role includes aligning business needs with Global and Nestlé In Market (NiM) Procurement teams, factories, and technical functions while managing supplier relationships in key categories. Additionally, you will be crucial in driving renewed solutions with current process and ways of working to drive efficiencies in existing processes.

 

  • Represent the Above Market and At Market Procurement Team in business review meetings.
  • Assist with information flow between functional stakeholders and sourcing teams to effectively deliver business strategies and strategic planning.
  • Partner with functional stakeholders and buyers to align on key metrics of the business or function in support of the Operational Master Plan (OMP).
  • Own and measure cost improvement targets and projects. Report to functional stakeholders as appropriate.
  • Monitor business goals delivered by the functional teams and help periodically reassess the targets. 
  • Identify specific cost improvement opportunities and present them to appropriate stakeholders for prioritization, resourcing, and implementation.
  • Develop and share business forecast/demands with appropriate Nestlé support teams in the market and globally.
  • Communicate business requirements to appropriate sourcing entities and ensure requirements are met in accordance to project timelines via forecasting methods.
  • Lead and track key sourcing initiatives through conclusion across multiple stakeholder groups.

 

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Management, Supply Chain, Operations or related field
  • 3+ years of experience in strategic procurement, supply chain, operations, finance, logistics or related

 

Other

  • One or more years' experience with Ariba or eSourcing tools preferred
  • Willingness to travel up to 20%

 

The approximate pay range for this position is $87,000 to $115,000. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to knowledge, skills and abilities as well as geographic location.
