As a Senior Supply Planning Expert, you’ll help drive operational efficiency and optimize inventory levels across Nestlé Purina’s network. Come prepared to recommend and support process improvement initiatives through the supply planning and deployment process, emphasizing network inventory balancing and analysis of operational efficiencies. In this role, you’ll collaborate with cross functional teams including Supply Planning, Demand Planning, Warehousing, Transportation, Ensuring Supply, Procurement, and factory personnel.

 

If located in St. Louis, MO, will travel up to 15% the first year in role. If located outside of St. Louis, MO, the travel requirement will be 25%.

 

  • Lead daily and weekly review of inventory quantities and timing per factory location with focused support on centrally-manufactured inventory management opportunities
  • Support EOQ actions at factory level to support network service goals
  • Build sustainable standardized processes in alignment with Nestlé Purina’s Leadership Team
  • Build supply and demand review processes to drive metrics and improve the efficiency of distribution, warehousing, and logistics operations
  • Drive solutions when anomalies are identified and create improvement plans

 

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, Data Analytics or related field
  • 7+ years’ of experience in supply chain management, supply chain analytics, procurement, logistics, data analytics, or related field

The approximate pay range for this position is $134,000 to $184,000. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to knowledge, skills and abilities as well as geographic location.
