As a Human Resources Specialist, you’ll play a pivotal role within the HR function, particularly in supporting HR Business Partners (HRBPs) and ensuring the smooth execution of people processes within the Employee Life Cycle. You’ll provide HR support tailored to Nestlé Purina’s market needs and serve as the go‑to local resource for HRBPs, handling day‑to‑day tactical inquiries and actions.

 

  • Function as operational executors, enabling HRBPs to focus on strategic initiatives like workforce planning and leadership development
  • Act as a broker between Nestlé Business Solutions (NBS) and HRBPs, focusing on the resolution of complex and non-standard cases
  • Own the data integrity for HR Master Data for their client group(s), ensuring employee data is updated and accurate
  • Offer timely HR support on benefits, pay, PTO, and policies, and oversee the overall onboarding experience
  • Assist with leave management requests or escalations in partnership with the HRBP
  • Serve as a communication liaison to identify and share departmental issues, concerns, and needs regarding potential enhancements to HR practices and procedures
  • Manage requisitions, special payments, non-benefit deductions, reimbursements, data changes, and position changes for HRBPs

 

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field with 3+ years of HR experience, OR a Master’s degree in one of these fields with 1+ year of HR experience

 

Other

  • 1+ years of experience with SAP SuccessFactors is preferred

 

The approximate pay range for this position is $67,000.00 to $93,000.00. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to background, knowledge, skills, and abilities as well as geographic location of the position. Nestlé offers performance-based incentives and a competitive total rewards package, which includes a 401k with Company match, healthcare coverage and a broad range of other benefits.
