Position Summary
This position will serve as a member of the iLearn Team to support our internal customers with the use of the Learning Management Team. This includes, but is not limited to: internal client consulting, day-to-day (tier 2 and 3) LMS Support, interaction with administrators on a global scale, and ongoing project support while providing excellent customer service.
- Develop, maintain, and analyze a central repository of LMS training documentation.
- Identify trends and create solutions to close identified gaps.
- Create LMS objects such as Events, Sessions, Curriculums, Learning Assignments, Static and Dynamic Groups, Online Training, Deep Links, Observation Checklists, and Certifications.
- Promote, coordinate and support the implementation of LMS functionality, enhancements, and processes to manufacturing locations to improve agility and efficiency.
- Assist in testing, influencing, and implementing a Learning Experience Platform according to given global timelines.
- Assist in designing and implementing Cornerstone On Demand LMS objects including but not limited to: Observation Checklists, Express Class, Reporting 2.0.
- Create LMS governance best practices at the US Market Level
- Deliver training to newly onboarded LMS administrators.
- Develop and deliver training for any new enhancements, ways of working, or changes to the system.
- Design and deliver reporting, data analysis and metrics regarding LMS use, use of functionality within the LMS, and other technologies.
- Support administrators in identifying reports that best meet their needs for compliance/audit purposes
SKILLS REQUIRED:
- Bachelor's Degree, equivalent military experience or equivalent work experience supporting Learning Management Systems in a large corporate environment.
- 3+ years supporting large company wide LMS systems consulting, troubleshooting, loading, and maintaining eLearning content
- 3+ years customer service experience supporting users in a manufacturing environment.
- 3+ years developing and delivering training materials for technical applications including training videos, PowerPoint, quick reference cards, training documentation
- 1+ years working with custom reporting applications, designing, and delivering data analysis and metrics
- Ability to problem solve and work across department boundaries building relationships.
- Ability to communicate successfully to multiple levels of technical understanding.
PREFERRED:
- Experience with Learning Experience Platforms (LXPs) such as Degreed, Edcast.
- Experience Articulate Rise, Adobe Captivate, or TechSmith Camtasia
- Experience with Microsoft Power Automate Tools and Power BI/ Power BI 2.0
