As a Facilities Planner you will engage with clients and senior management to conduct space assessments for our campus. We’ll count on you to make recommendations for best uses of new and existing spaces. You will be empowered as an individual contributor but affect the organization as a whole.

• Determine block planning and any special requirements for group and weekly moves
• Coordinate drawings and move orders with moving vendors, warehouse porters, IT and maintenance staff for weekly work requests
• Interact with hiring managers for new hire onboarding needs
• Maintains accurate seating/space utilization records, working with ARCHIBUS and AutoCAD
• Coordinate furniture drawings and material issues tickets to support campus office and ergonomic furniture standards
• Responsible for related vendor interactions, vendor quotes, and other tasks
• Provides support to engineering and design facilities team on projects including new construction, building improvement and minor alteration

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in interior design OR 3+ years of relevant experience
• 3+ of experience with coordination of vendors and contractors
• 1+ years of experience using AutoCAD

Other

• 1+ years of experience reading construction drawings is preferred
• 1+ years of strategic facility planning and change management methodologies is preferred
• 1+ years of experience of space planning and knowledge of architectural building codes is preferred

The approximate pay range for this position is $67,000 to $86,000. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Final compensation may vary based on factors including, but not limited to knowledge, skills, and abilities as well as geographic location.
