Position Summary

 

Your larger team is our internal creative resource, called CheckMark. We’re specialists at our core, which means we know how to think about, write about, design for, and communicate to the extended pet care community. As a Specialist, Project Management you will lead and manage full-cycle projects (from inception to completion) across multidisciplinary teams and across all media types (digital to traditional) to ensure on-time, on-budget and error-free execution.

  • Act as cross-functional hub for project executions while partnering closely with internal & external partners to ensure overall project success
  • Develop, own, and communicate holistic project schedules and work plan to internal & external teams.
  • Maintains detailed status reports in Workfront and leads status meetings for Marketing and agency.
  • Acts as a project driver for the team, takes ownership of project efficiency.
  • Utilize Agile (Kanban+/Scrum) and Waterfall processes and applies relevant approach by project type.
  • Experience in omni-channel/all media types of production including digital, eComm, print, video, and packaging
  • Measure project performance to identify areas for improvement
  • Open jobs utilizing agency software tools (i.e. Workfront)
  • Work with account leads to accurately scope project jobs
  • Management of all production related requests from the internal team, clients, or meta- agency partners - holistic timeline creation and management
  • Gather and vet specs across all media types (digital, ecommerce, broadcast, print, promotions + packaging) to ensure project accuracy
  • Manages all Type C & D packaging updates, creates spec sheets, works directly with Production Artist
  • Traffics print and digital media
  • Facilitates website content updates

 

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution
  • 3+ years of professional experience, including at least 1 year of project management experience in an in-house creative agency, marketing agency, or similar client-service environment
  • 1+ year of project management tools experience  (Jira, Monday.com, Workfront preferred or equivalent platforms)

 

Other:

  • Experience supporting print production and packaging design projects is preferred

Salary: 71,046.90 to 89,737.00 per year

The pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to knowledge, skills and abilities as well as geographic location. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at top of range.
