As a Specialist, Project Management you’ll lead and manage full-cycle projects from inception to completion across multidisciplinary teams and all media types to ensure on-time, on-budget and error-free execution.
- Act as cross-functional hub for project executions while partnering closely with internal and external partners to ensure overall project success
- Utilize Agile (Kanban+/Scrum) and Waterfall processes, and apply relevant approach by project type
- Measure project performance to identify areas for improvement
- Work with account leads to accurately scope project jobs
- Manage all production related requests from the internal team, clients, or meta- agency partners - holistic timeline creation and management
- Gather and vet specs across all media types (digital, ecommerce, broadcast, print, promotions + packaging) to ensure project accuracy
- Develop, own, and communicate holistic project schedules and work plan to internal & external teams
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- 3+ years of professional experience with 1+ of those years of experience in administrative experience and/or managing multiple projects
Other
- Experience with print production/packaging is preferred
- Experience with an advertising/marketing/in-house agency or similar environment preferred
The approximate pay range for this position is $69,000 to $86,000. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to background, knowledge, skills, and abilities as well as geographic location of the position. Nestlé offers performance-based incentives and a competitive total rewards package, which includes a 401k with Company match, healthcare coverage and a broad range of other benefits.
