POSITION SUMMARY

Though deeply analytical, we’re more than just the numbers people. Your career in Finance may begin in capital budgeting, internal audit or any one of our 23 factory locations but our teams are closely intertwined making room for career growth across the department(s) we support. As a Senior Financial Analyst - Supply Chain Co-Pilot, you’ll provide support for various cost areas including Variable Distribution, Fixed Distribution, Supply Chain Overhead costs, and Bad Goods/Waste.  Collaborating closely with our Supply Chain teams, Factory teams, and Operations Finance Group, you’ll play a crucial role in ensuring the achievement of our organizational and financial objectives.

 

  • Conduct period-end-close procedures, and subsequent timely execution of month-end reporting 
  • Participate in annual budget development and monthly forecast updates
  • Prepare, monitor, and analyze monthly Supply Chain cost reporting
  • Provide on-going financial analysis and insights for the department and its projects
  • Support Supply Chain group with troubleshooting process issues
  • Contribute to process improvements and tracking cost savings

 

Requirements

  •  Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
  • 3+ years of professional experience in Finance, Accounting or Audit
  • 2+ years of experience in Advanced Data Analytics Skills (Microsoft Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools)

 

Other

  • 1+ years of general knowledge and use of SAP is preferred
  • 1+ years of experience in Supply Chain practices is preferred

 

The approximate pay range for this position is $84,648-$103,482. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Final compensation may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, knowledge, skills, and abilities as well as geographic location.
