Information Technology at Nestlé is a multicultural and diverse team of IT professionals driving the biggest IT operations landscape and digital transformation of the CPG, or Fast-Moving Consumer Goods industry. Join Nestlé as the Senior Manager, IT & Digital Security & Compliance, where you’ll play a critical leadership role in safeguarding our digital ecosystem while enabling secure, compliant business operations across Nestlé Purina. You’ll cross-collaborate closely with Nestlé Purina IT & Digital leadership, Regional Security & Compliance teams, business stakeholders, and application owners to support Nestlé’s global security, risk, and compliance frameworks.
- Serve as the lead for IT Security & Compliance, driving risk‑based decision making and ensuring alignment between the business and broader IT teams regarding Nestlé’s global security, risk, and compliance frameworks
- Build strong business and IT partnerships to understand local strategies, initiatives, and risks, shaping proactive security and compliance engagement across the portfolio
- Act as the primary point of contact for cybersecurity incidents, compliance events, and third‑party security issues, coordinating response activities and escalating to regional and global leadership as required
- Own and maintain Purina’s Information Security Management System (ISMS), including risk identification, remediation planning, audit coordination, and ISO 27001 certification support
- Support and lead direct and indirect reports for all risk, security, and compliance initiatives
- Partner with Legal, Procurement, and IT teams to manage data protection, privacy, regulatory compliance, and third‑party cyber risk, ensuring vendors meet Nestlé security requirements
- Collaborate with global and regional product teams to influence security and compliance product roadmaps, representing local business needs and regulatory considerations
- Drive security culture and awareness, ensuring adoption of policies, standards, and training programs while building organizational capability and accountability
- Drive continuous improvement for various risk and compliance initiatives
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information security, information systems, business administration, or a related discipline
- 8+ years of experience in information security, information risk, compliance, IT audit, or related IT functions
- 5+ years of experience managing and leading security and compliance initiatives, including overseeing control implementation, audit readiness and remediation, risk mitigation activities, and operational security programs within large, complex, or regulated enterprise environments
The approximate yearly pay range for this position is $160,000 - $200,000. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to knowledge, skills and abilities as well as geographic location.
