Position Summary
Our service professionals possess exceptional foresight and together, make up our reliable Site Services team. From our sustainability efforts on-campus, to identifying opportunities and solutions often before we even realize what we need. As a Senior Facilities Maintenance Coordinator, you will oversee various contractual responsibilities related to our campus operations. This position demands a commitment to exceptional customer service while collaborating with departments and vendors to ensure that our clients receive the highest quality of service.
- Schedule and coordinate room reservations and special events to optimize campus resources
- Perform clerical duties, including responding to phone inquiries and emails related to campus questions and concerns
- Prepare comprehensive reports for various departments
- Process purchase requisitions for the Site Services department
- Manage reserved parking arrangements to ensure accessibility for all staff and visitors
- Oversee scheduling for offsite meeting facilities to enhance collaborative opportunities
- Process SAP AMM notifications and work orders for the campus
- Schedule and manage chair and carpet cleaning to uphold campus aesthetics and hygiene
- Serve as the primary point of contact for pest control and housekeeping services, ensuring a safe and clean environment
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 5+ years of customer service experience
Other
- 1+ year of experience with SAP and/or Archibus is preferred
The approximate pay range for this position is $55,000.00 to $74,000.00. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to background, knowledge, skills, and abilities as well as geographic location of the position.
